Of course manicured nails are a must year round but I feel that Summer is a time where we can really be playful and step outside of our comfort zone. Afraid to add color to your wardrobe? Try out a color you’ve been eyeing on your nails instead for a low maintenance trial run.

When it comes to perfect looking nails, you can use regular nail polish but I find it too tedious and waiting for my nails to dry is an absolute drag. There also the acrylic/gel/dip route but I find going to the salon to be both expensive and damaging to my nail beds.
